Yes, this is of course also the reason I bring this forward.
As it is now, we have no way of knowing to what callsign some address is assigned, and if
the assignee is an amateur radio operator at all.
And when it is not easy to verify, creep is unavoidably going to occur.
That is why I am for openness: everyone receiving traffic from a net-44 address should be
able to immediately see who is normally responsible for this traffic, using a simple
reverse lookup, without having to go via some abuse handling authority.
(because it may not be abuse at all, it may just be a case of misunderstanding or even
curiosity)
