to answer your question right off the top of their head. It is very
important to keep them on the air and widely known. Vultr.com, for example
is 20473, regardless of the site you choose.
Keep in mind there is a non-trivial amount of configuration work they have
to do, to make it work. If they cannot tell you what their ASN is, they
probably do not offer the service.

The ISP sell service to clients in his area.
He has a /6
himself.
Please don't laugh. I am trying to lay this out the best I can. Any help
would
be appreciated.
