[44net] RADB Updates

Hey All! I have a feeling I know the answer to my question already, but I figured I'd ask anyways: Is going through Chris the only way to get updates to RADB records? Rather than emailing him directly to make a change is there a better avenue? (Submit a ticket through the portal perhaps?) I've been trying to get the origin AS updated on my allocation for a few months now with no luck.
