FWIW, I can reach both
ve2se.ampr.org AND raqi.ca from my hosts at 44.48.26.1 (Chicago)
and 44.136.33.1 (Sydney). But both are BGP advertised and not through any tunnel on my
side. The tunnel from UCSD to ve2se seems to work fine.
