Doesn't everybody keep a personal subversion/git archive for home use
for things like this?
I don't think git or subversion existed back then but my email records
to/from my 'customers' goes back to December, 1996. :)
I kept a list of my allocations as I went along but would have to
search email to find the email addresses of the users. I have no idea
who is still active and they don't exist in the portal data. I
probably should have maintained a spreadsheet. :)
