Yes indeed Brian,
I noticed this 1 hour delay when I had to reboot my broadband router a
few times during the past few days.
If one is in a hurry, they can always go to the portal and update the
portal with his/her new GATEWAY Public IP address manually. This way
he/she can speed things up to 1 hour.
