Well, that's kind of the point -- not many people in VK have registered their
allocations in the portal, and may not even be aware of the portal's existence or
purpose. So, the idea would be to contact those who are still actively using addresses,
and get them to register their address blocks in the portal.

I am trying to create a resonable map of ampr ips that are in use in
Australia so when people request they canbe given ranges that are not being
