If the network is operational right now, then I don’t see a need to have this affect you.
If these operators want to use BGP in the future, they can get additional IP addresses for
that.
This is what I assumed when I told you that the answer is “No”, and why I said “It seems”.
If for example they want the same addresses in BGP, then yes, they would have to change
them. If they get additional, then it’s not needed, and they can use the new ones on BGP.

could be worsening if those users decided to go on BGP.
