I talked to a friend about this and he mentioned that there is one issue
with public routing 44/8 network outside USA - intercontinental routing
is allocated in such manner that each continent is allocated its IP
space and it is not permitted to route networks outside of continents
smaller than /8.
If that is the case, then all public gateways for subnets within 44/8
must be located in North America.
