[44net] Mailing list suggestions

1. Minor: That everyone include his/her callsign as part of the message, either in the "From" line (my preference) or in the signature. 2. Major: That messages with a subject line that includes the name of a digest, be blocked/rejected. This is not to be cruel or mean, but to insure that others (like me) actually read the message. I doubt that I'm the only one that refuses to read messages with a subject line that is a digest name.
