Yes -- per host, e.g. k7ve(a)k7ve.ampr.org. If ampr.net
wanted to host
everyone, e.g. k7ve(a)ampr.org then Google offers their Google Apps to
non-profits, but you would need an admin team.
I'm only thinking of the local per host case. At one time there may
have been an opportunity for a greater organization but there's
probably no real need today. We've also already have winlink and
gmail...
It's the standalone services hosted locally that are unique and special...
