Glad I am not the only one who hasn't ever used it for its intended purpose :-)
Anyway I was thinking for sake of the coordinators peace of mind, if
the portal/request showed the requesters status as "verified"
(indicating their P12 certificate has been uploaded) , this might be
helpful.
