Eric, do you have an alocated 44 subnet for your use?
If yes, I can offer you a VPN solution via my network, but only at a 4 Mbps
bandwidth (at most, that's what I have on the static IP network on which I
run IPIP).

Dutch IP space would be fine too (: That said I'm up for whatever I
can just simply get working until I can find better. What would be
ideal here would be for somewhere between each /16 and each /24 for
instance to have a bgp announced vlan server that accepted a variety
of vlan and tunnel types (GRE, PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN,
LibreSwan/StrongSwan). maybe as a group we could head that way. I'd
be up for leading an effort to get something us based going. In the
US at least the layout of IP space poses a bit of an issue though as
a /16 is a bit more regionalized than would be desired for something
starting at the national level which would be easiest or even breaking
things into say east and west.
