Disregard. I attribute this to a Public IP and domain change.
I've made the change in the Portal, as well as 22 tickets for "claims". It
also allows duplicates(?). Aside from that seeming somewhat bizarre, I will update the
time until I begin receiving IPENCAP packets again and discuss in the other chain on that
topic where people observed delayed tunnel update time.
As I noted before, I hope my Portal experience is good - it has been thus far.
