Yes, it's clear. You are talking about the current (=past) routing
scheme. And you are pointing out what prevented most of us from using
44net in the past.
Now, we would like to change some things, and we are talking about what
we would like for the future.
We already have solutions for avoiding amprgw (and other caveats you
mentioned). We now need to define a common policy for everybody all over
the world.
