- never learned to drive ⇒ no driver's license
- never went overseas ⇒ no passport
- did not immigrate to Australia ⇒ no citizenship certificate
But presumably you were born and have a birth certificate?
No worries, as a non-person I'll de-activate the
ARDC account next
year when the callsign verification expires.
People who *do* exist though, looks like the above is what is required
to prove you have a callsign.
