Several of us are using Vultr. As far as you rent a VPS, you get free 'Bring Your Own IP feature'. Once you got your LOA from Chris, just contact Vultr support and send them a copy. They'll announce your 44Net subnet, and route it to your VPS. We're using a $5/mo instance. They have a DC in Toronto.
