FTP from portal.ampr.org is working, or it is from several hosts I’ve tested it from. Tell me more about what errors you are getting. Is anyone else seeing problems?
n1uro@asus:~$ ftp portal.ampr.org ftp: connect: No route to host
Also www.ampr.org AND https://www.ampr.org: Unable to connect
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.ampr.org.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
