That would be ideal, yes.
The portal has been around for several years now. It's really not practical to contact the hams who aren't registered with it, since we don't have contact information for them. I think we have to assume that if they were still interested in using AMPRNet, by now their usage would be registered with the portal. As a practical matter, I think I have to insist on that. - Brian
