Suggestion: use a DDNS for your ip address.
And in the gateway portal , put only your DDNS hostname .
Your NAT internal ip never change. just your public facing will change, the DDNS will be resolved on the portal, and the encap will be updated.

All the examples I have found have a static public ip, is there a way to do it with a dynamic public ip, my ISP does not assign statics to residential customers.
