Are the co-ordinators really even checking the portal.....is this huge block of IP
addresses being administered efficiently?
Getting IP's is a huge pain......it should not be this hard........

Do you at least have call signs? It may be worth sending out postcards to let them know
how to keep their allocations. Perhaps someone can design an instructional postcard that
can be used by all coordinators for this purpose?
