You might try connecting to N1URO again. I'm able to telnet to his web port ('telnet 44.88.0.9 80') just fine so you should be able to connect and fetch that file you wanted. - Brian

203.208.177.130 belongs to Singtel in Singapore, and my ISP, Exetel, uses Singtel (trading as Optus in Australia) links to get to the US.
