Hi Jann,
I understand that the ADALM Pluto SDR platform could make 23cm as well.
Do you think there would be any problem using Lukas HNAP implementation on 23cm, not only 70?

Hello AMPRNet,
we like to announce a new open source HAMNET-access solution for the 70-cm-band making use of the popular ADALM Pluto SDR.
Lukas Ostendorf recently finished his master thesis "Design of a Radio Communications Protocol for HAMNET Access in the 70cm Amateur Radio Band" at our employer Rohde & Schwarz in Munich.
We are pleased to publish his work and further material today: https://hnap.de/2020/09/08/master-thesis-released.html
There are still some tasks like signal amplification on the roadmap, but the community is growing and helping to move on. It seems the telegram group chat is currently the best place to exchange: https://t.me/hamnet_access_protocol Most communication is in German, however I'm pretty sure English is fine as well. At least you will find nice pictures of current experiments in the backlog :)
Looking forward to your contribution, for the HNAP-Team, Jann DG8NGN
