I have two IPv6 networks in the house.
The HE tunnel which is really convoluted since I have it directed to my IPv4 /24 that is tunneled to house from a data center in a different state.
I also have Comcast/Xfinity which comes directly to the house, but I don't use it for servers since as far as I know it is not static.
BTW, you can see a web page at http://nw7dr.ampr.org which can be accessed using either protocol.
