Hello, If you are looking for a new radio protocol, new modems, I remind you that I have just created the project "New Packet Radio". You can experiment it right now, it's 100% open source! (hardware and software). https://hackaday.io/project/164092-npr-new-packet-radio/
Currently, it's IPv4 only. But if lots of people are interested by IPv6, I could add "pure ethernet" transport, and it would become IPv6 compatible.
