Don, apparently my system is not forwarding to you and several others due
to incorrect encap information. My ip changed a few times over the weekend
in part because of power outages. However, the portal stays current with my
IP and I believe the RIP broadcasts are correct. I have not checked the
encap.txt files as I no longer use them for encap information.
