[44net] BPQ and 44 IP's

I'm hearing that the latest BPQ software can do 44.x.x.x IP Addressing?

Can anyone confirm this?

If so, I have a friend in Nevada that wants to set up his BPQ station to link with me using our 44.x.x.x numbers.
