As i have mentioned before Im not a Software guy i dont know to compile or to
configure the system to work as a gateway (i assume i can install it to work as a pure
linux but no more then this)
Beside i prefer a Cisco Box that consider very reliable sure more reliable then a PC
that today the Power supply stop working and tomorrow the hard disk crash and next
week the motherboard burn .
As for BGP im not intend to use BGP but certainly use router as IPIP tunnel box .

Get a Linux box. Seriously. Or BSD when you like that better.
To announce BGP subnets on internet I would recommend to get this service from an ISP.
