Hi Paul,
The FTP site is updated once an hour from the database, so worst case any changes on the
portal could take 60 minutes to appear on the FTP site. The file you can download from the
portal itself is however generated dynamically from the db and therefore is a fully up to
date copy of the db.

I noticed that the encap.txt file over the past few days
is not showing the current public IP address for 44.131.8.0/24
It's showing one at least two generations old.
Is anyone else noticing the same
