Because there are quite a few dynamic gateways the frequency of new IP's appearing is
quite high.
While I use ampr-ripd/ripv2 I also have the portal mail me the updated
encap.txt so I can keep an eye on rip updates in case someone asks.
Perhaps it'd be a good idea to increase rip to follow suit with the
dynamics?
