The ARDC organization has created a "Code of

Notice that this is after the April 3rd cut-over and the complaints
started.

Besides the usual soft/play nice words, the basics of it are to not
personally
attack anyone. This in no way should stop anyone from voicing an opinion
about what works or does not work, including procedures, technology, timely
communications, etc. Many of us are technologists who have been part of
the radio and 44net world for two, three or more decades. We know each
other and know how far we can push each other to get something done. In
the end, we smooth over the temporary rough spots and move on to the next
issue. The newer/younger members of the 44net world are just taken aback
to how we have done things compared to their social media and safe space
experiences. Not good or bad, but different. Like everything else like
the volatility in the stock market, this too will smooth out over time
as more information and experiences are shared. This is _not_ the end of
the world.
