The server was down for maintenance last night (UK time). The plan was that the downtime
would be virtually zero, unfortunately best laid plans and all that !!
The work involved a change of IP address onto a new network that supports IPv6 natively,
unfortunately the new IP addresses I gave Brian to update the DNS with contained a typo, I
had typed 148 instead of 149 into one of the octets. After spending several hours trying
to find a none existent network fault I finally spotted the error and I have asked Brian
to update the DNS accordingly.
As part of the work we first lowered the TTL for the A records to a few minutes, so once
Brian updates the DNS it shouldn't take long to propagate.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Chris

Chris,
The FTP site for the encap.txt remains unreachable and times out. Have you changed any
connect parameters ( login or password ) ?

The portal is down for maintenance for a short while, it will be back up in about an
hour.
The encap file is still being sent (although not during this hour or so of downtime)
