Hello I started to have that problem to receive no response from 169.228.34.84 using ampr-ripd program. I had en old net modem changed by my provider for HGB10R-021 modem to have more internet speed and really there is not possible to configure protocol-4, only TCP USB or BOTH. So I am already more weeks without axip links. I have no idea how to resolve this problem. 73 Libor, sysop of OK2PEN-5 amprnet gate IP 44.63.16.113.
