I see the new IP, but those notifications should come via tunnel from their 44 addresses. Your GW is the only exception that doesn't (that's why your dot is red).
This could be an indicator that something isn't 100% right, e.g. some policy routing on your system.

At this time, my gateway has not updated from 7x.xxx.xxx.xxx; but your map shows my new IP, and I should be reachable from AMPRNet!
