I haven’t seen any DNS request on the portal “contact” form from you, however the correct procedure for this is to contact your local or country coordinator directly and request any DNS updates. If you get nowhere with that, then feel free to email me.

My other option is to change the network to bgp (my datacenter supports bgp).
