Don,
I confirm you cannot Telnet, as I am not running telnet (tcp/23) services at this time on my network. I listed the following running services which can be reached through standard tools or known clients:
HTTP tcp/80: 44.60.44.10, 11 and 12 (13 now has a copy of my config script and modified rip44d)
http://44.60.44.10/tools have ping and tracroute from me
DNS udp/tcp53: 44.60.44.3 dns-mdc.ampr.org (it is recursive for the entire internet for 44/8 hosts)
Ping and Traceroute: any of the above IP address, 44.60.44.1 and 44.60.44.15
You would be correct, 44.60.44.1 is ONLY my AMPRRouter at this time, I'd like to expand services in the future. May I ask, what services are you seeking via Telnet?
