Could there be a reason the portal keep reverting to the stale data??
Again, to be clear, my IP has not reverted; and no DDNS software is reporting the old IP.

I don't know why this is happening. Is your commercial IP really changing as often as it appears from the logs or is this a problem at your dynamic address provider?
