Similar to the way others have said it, there is no TCP or UDP ports
that can be forwarded for IPENCAP because it doesn't use either TCP or
UDP. It's a layer 4 protocol just like them and ICMP.
Unfortunately, since your router doesn't likely allow forwarding other
layer 4 protocols through the firewall, that means you have no choice
but to leave the Cisco device in your DMZ.
On the other hand, EchoLink and IRLP nodes do use TCP/UDP and have
well documented port forwarding rules.
