You only created the ticket yesterday, less than 24 hours ago, please be patient. Most of
the people handling the tickets are volunteers based in the US. As such we do not have an
SLA or specify response times. Your ticket will be dealt with in turn.
FYI the new portal has an automatic escalation system - if a new ticket does not get
picked up within 4 days it is escalated, so staff are aware.
