FYI the frequency that the updates go out has increased somewhat. The reason being that I
had several complaints from folks using dynamic IP addresses at the end of their tunnel.
Previously any change in the public IP updated the database but didn't trigger a new
encap.txt email, it now does.
Because there are quite a few dynamic gateways the frequency of new IP's appearing is
quite high.

Thanks. The file must have been updated just before RIP generated.
Considering how often I'm getting encap.txt updates via email, we may
want to consider upping this from 60 to 30 minutes.
