Just to be sure I recreated another request via a user account:
https://portal.ampr.org/coord_ip_requests.php?a=edit&id=529
Unfortunately after logging into the portal with the manager account the allocation request is still not visible.
I would really like to update the portal database with current allocations, but it seems I will have to abandon this for now.
Could someone please have a look into both allocation requests (#529 and #455) and check why they don't show when accessing the portal as "lx-ampr"?
Regards, Marc

I have deleted and recreated a request as "lx-grandfathering" https://portal.ampr.org/networks_manage.php?a=edit&id=455
but as manager "lx-ampr" it is not visible within the interface https://portal.ampr.org/coord_ip_requests.php?a=edit&id=455
There seems to be an additional issue.

The cause was apparently an unexpected power failure in the data centre. - Brian
