I was connected on an Android phone app thru a library wifi system.
All I saw at my end was "Connection Timed out."
Here is the full explanation why is does not work:
* Your Android phone looked for nearby Echolink Relays and picked the
Echolink Relay 44.137.75.243 as the best candidate.
* Your Android phone connected to the Relay and requests a connection to
IR0AAB-R.
Info:
IR0AAB-R is an Echolink Repeater on a "dual homed" system:
Internet IP: 80.181.234.93
AMPRNet IP: 44.134.32.240
IR0AAB-R is registered to the Echolink System with 80.181.234.93
* An Echolink connection request from WA7NWP (44.137.75.243) to IR0AAB-R
(80.181.234.93) is sent.
* The logfile at IR0AAB-R is filled:
Mon May 14 19:19:32 2018: WA7NWP: EchoLink QSO state changed to CONNECTED
Info:
The Echolink Relay is direct BGP connected and member of the AMPRNet
IPIP-Mesh (44.137.0.0/16 via 213.222.29.194)
* An Echolink connection reply from IR0AAB-R is sent with the source-IP
_44.134.32.240_ to 44.137.75.243 through the IPIP-Mesh-Tunnel
* The Echolink Proxy Server drops the incoming packets from IR0AAB-R
since IR0AAB-R is know as *80.181.234.93* rather than _44.134.32.240_ on
the Echolink Network
--> The connection can't be established and is immediately dropped.

Furthermore, the historical NLD gateway continues to
work as usual
for me, see below.
Sorry, I can't agree on that. Without manual interaction Echolink
Repeaters behind traditional IPIP-Mesh gateways are not reachable
through the NLD Echolink Relays/Proxies.
