[44net] Portal Tickets - Who to contact?

FYI I am also getting rejections from the mailing list as of Friday May 10th. I still haven't received a response about the 23 tickets that are pending and unassigned - which is seems are needed to do my normal annual DNS work (BTW - which seems will require MORE tickets). I must be honest, this is getting insane. This normally takes 1 hour - and nobody is responding to me who previously took responsibility for administering everything (i.e. Chris). This process has been the same for over 10 years, now I can't even get a response. - can someone PLEASE respond with that's going on- again, I am willing to help/work - because I am not willing to wait for something we usually did in 1 hour or less and so Should I just notify my government sponsor that something's going on - is ARDC defunct or something? This is becoming pressing and if 44net is not available for Amateur use, this section needs to know. 73, LynwoodKB3VWG
