As Tom points out, the encap.txt file is fully up to date, indeed it updates in real time
the moment any changes are made, either via the portal or the new email robot.
If anyone is still convinced that the file is somehow out of date at any point, please
could I ask them to contact me off list and we can work through what the issue is?

Entry shown below confirms that encap.txt file IS UP TO DATE,
as my IP changed from 87.251.250.110 to 95.40.87.79
on Oct 15th around 07:00UTC.
I updated manually gateway hostname on portal.ampr.org
