For clarity, are you using your own router, or one provided by the cable company?

If you're using your own router:

- Can you bypass the "router" and use the cable modem only, hook up a laptop and run Wireshark.

- We want to see if you're receiving IPENCAP packets. In Wireshark, they will appear as normal packets, but looking at the frames in the lower screen, the IPENCAP packet will have TWO IP headers instead of one.

- What is the make a model of the router (if they are separate devices)?
