My server uses newest libc6-i686:i386 2.13-38+deb7u8 now. Restarted system at 19:30UTC, ampr-ripd WITHOUT -r option! I think I can confirm Rob's observation :(( System still uses data received at 19:20UTC.
Will report again few hours later.
