The new portal and the new allocation system in fact intends to remove that
"coordinator responsible for a block"
notion and makes all coordinators peers that work on the same task. That intends to solve
the problem of
the "unresponsive coordinator", which is a problem that receives a lot more
complaints than the "rogue coordinator"
problem that we see here (which is probably just an incident).
