The Portal sends out reminders to login at 6, 9 and 12 months then removes the account after 15 months of no login.
The problem is many of the larger email providers are silently dropping emails, so it’s impossible to confirm if an email has actually been delivered to the end user, even if it does get delivered it has to get past the dreaded spam folder!
I’ve emailed Normand so hopefully he will receive my email and we can sort it out. Normand - if you haven’t seen my email, check your spam folder and/or drop me an email I can reply to - replies often get through were so called “unsolicited” emails don’t.

I got the same problem here with the gateway. my ampr-Ripd did`nt get routes anymore since October.
But look like someone was playing with subnet allocation or my account was removed from the portal. as soon that will be fixed , I will be happy to look at that problem.
