If you're asking who the 44Net coordinator is, the portal will show you
that.
However, it looks as if Arizona does not have a coordinator.
But, your fastest course of action would be to through the Portal and "Send
Coordinator a Message" option.
If you have general 44Net questions, feel free to post them to this list
