Hi Stacy, good idea.
We verify people's email addresses as valid on an annual basis. It's
probably not very hard for Chris (G1FEF, the author of the portal
software) to alter that schedule for people who have the 'coordinator'
flag turned on in their user record. Exactly who and how the
notifications take place needs to be worked out but I don't think it
presents a lot of difficulty. Let's see what Chris says.
